  I always have a great experience when I have to come here. The front office staff is friendly and the nursing staff and physician are knowledgeable and caring. I have read a few reviews complaining about the wait time and how it is not "urgent" care if you have to wait. I am here to tell you that this is not true, urgent cares are there for you when you cannot get in to your primary care. The wait comes when everyone goes at the same time. Just because you don't see anyone does not mean they are not busy. I for one would not want to be rushed in and out the door because people are complaining about the wait. Think about it if everyone gets 10-15 minutes with the physician you are looking at 2 hours if you are the 10th patient. Now this does not include any test that might need to be done or anytime it takes the doctor to document and send prescriptions. Just know when you come here you are getting quality medical care and are treated with the respect that you deserve as a patient.
