  I have tried calling your service three times today and the answer on the machine is that all operators are busy. All three times I asked for a return phone call as to why my children were not picked up for school today. They were at the stop early with me and I saw a bus (which might have been bus 514) turn around at a neighbors house and drive away. I drove the children to school and still I have not gotten a phone call back. My phone number was left on your answering service. I won't hold my breath waiting for the call.

  My daughter's bus driver (Pea Ridge Elementary) is a wonderful woman. However, parents and potential employees beware. My son's bus driver (recently removed and placed with yet another route for Santa Rosa County) has a severe criminal record and should NOT be driving children AT ALL! This company hangs up on you if they get "sick" of your valid concerns. The county rules state that a criminal background check MUST be clear from birth until present time. This is NOT the case and it is all available through public record. We brought it to the attention of everyone we can and yet, they simply put her on a route with other children. This is not a company you want to work for, or with. They are absolutely abhorrent to keep this woman employed, and are bound to earn themselves an equal reputation.

  I tried calling to make a complaint, was laughed at by the lady that answered the phone and then was told to call a different number. One of the bus drivers kept laying on her horn while stopped in front of my house, I went out to see why since my kids don't ride the bus. She yelled at me to move a company vehicle that wasn't even mine. She called the cops on me and lied to them saying that I wouldn't move any vehicles. The man that returned my call tried putting words in my mouth saying that I said I would not move a car, I had to keep repeating "no I did not say that" and he still wouldn't listen. After my complaint all he had to say was that he would talk to the bus driver. This company is horrible and I am glad I don't let my kids ride these buses.
